We appreciate you choosing Anchor Jack. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if something’s not right.
HAIR PRODUCTS
If your order didn’t meet expectations:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once the order is placed.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Timing depends on your payment provider.
RETURN SHIPPING

You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
APPAREL

Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, with an additional 3–5 days for shipping.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR LOST ITEMS

Report damaged or defective items within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

For lost packages, contact us within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date.

If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover replacement or refund.
ADDRESS ISSUES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is returned, reshipping will be at your cost.

Unclaimed packages returned to us will require a new shipping fee.
RETURNS INITIATED WITHOUT CONTACT

Always contact us before returning any item.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong size.

If you need a different size or product, you’ll need to place a new order.
EU CONSUMERS NOTICE
In line with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items. These sales are final.
