RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Anchor Jack for your grooming needs. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Below, you'll find our Returns & Refund Policy to guide you through the process.

HAIR PRODUCTS If your purchase didn't meet your expectations, we're here to assist you.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you encounter any issues with your order.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the receipt date to initiate a return.
  • Regrettably, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It should be returned in the original packaging.
  • Ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its arrival.
  • We'll promptly update you on the status of your refund after the inspection.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method, and the credit will reflect in your account based on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING:

  • You're responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

APPAREL: For apparel, please allow 3-5 days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Claims for such issues must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
  • In the case of lost packages, claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Our responsibility covers claims deemed an error on our part.

Address Issues:

  • If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will return to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility after confirming the updated address.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Unclaimed shipments returning to our facility will require you to cover the reshipment cost.

Returned by Customer:

  • Contact us before initiating a return. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. For a different size, a new order at your expense will be necessary.

EU Consumers Notice:

  • According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made or personalized goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Our supplier reserves the right to refuse returns at their discretion.

This Policy follows English language and interpretation standards.
