RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We appreciate you choosing Anchor Jack. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if something’s not right.


HAIR PRODUCTS

If your order didn’t meet expectations:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.

  • You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once the order is placed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timing depends on your payment provider.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted.


APPAREL

  • Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, with an additional 3–5 days for shipping.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR LOST ITEMS

  • Report damaged or defective items within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

  • For lost packages, contact us within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date.

  • If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover replacement or refund.


ADDRESS ISSUES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the parcel is returned, reshipping will be at your cost.

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us will require a new shipping fee.


RETURNS INITIATED WITHOUT CONTACT

  • Always contact us before returning any item.

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong size.

  • If you need a different size or product, you’ll need to place a new order.


EU CONSUMERS NOTICE

In line with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, we do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items. These sales are final.
